Lõikav

Lõikav is a village in Alutaguse Parish, Ida-Viru County, Estonia. It is located about 30 kilometers northwest of the town of Jõhvi. The village has a population of approximately 10 people and a total area of 12 hectares.

The village is situated on the shores of Lake Lake Salla, a small artificial lake created in the 20th century. The area surrounding the lake is largely forested and is a habitat for various species of birds and wildlife. Lõikav is mostly a rural area with a few old houses, mostly from the Soviet era.
