Lítilum is a fictional island nation created for world-building and speculative fiction. It is described as an autonomous archipelago located in a temperate northern sea, with a population concentrated on several larger islands.

The archipelago comprises about a dozen inhabited islands and numerous islets, totaling roughly 3,200 square kilometers. Terrain ranges from rocky shores and cliffs to alpine meadows; the climate is maritime, with mild summers and frequent rainfall. The capital, Ljosva, sits on the central island and anchors political and economic life.

Historically, Lítilum is depicted as being settled by seafaring communities in the Middle Ages and achieving independence through a peaceful referendum in the 19th century. Lítilum is a constitutional republic with a unicameral legislature of 42 seats elected by proportional representation. The president serves as head of state with largely ceremonial duties, while the prime minister is the head of government and leads the cabinet.
