Lutari is a fictional species originating from the online virtual world Neopets. Introduced in 2006, Lutari are a type of aquatic mammal characterized by their sleek, otter-like appearance. They possess webbed paws and a long, flexible tail, well-suited for their association with water and swimming. Lutari are often depicted as playful and energetic creatures.

A unique aspect of the Lutari species is their limited availability. They cannot be created directly through the Create-a-Pet feature. Instead, Lutari can only be obtained through specific in-game events or by using a Lutari Transmogrification Potion. This rarity contributes to their distinctiveness within the Neopets universe.
