Luktfilter

Luktfilter, also known as odor filter or activated carbon filter, is a device designed to remove unpleasant smells from air or water. It typically employs activated carbon, a highly porous material with a vast surface area, to adsorb odor molecules. This adsorption process traps volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other compounds responsible for bad odors.

These filters are commonly found in various applications. In households, they are integrated into range hoods to eliminate cooking smells, air purifiers to improve indoor air quality, and refrigerators to prevent food odors from mingling. In industrial settings, luktfilters are used in ventilation systems to control emissions, in water treatment plants to remove contaminants, and in the manufacturing of certain products to ensure a neutral scent.
