Lisztallergia is a term that has emerged in popular culture, particularly online, to describe a perceived sensitivity or aversion to the music of Franz Liszt. It is not a recognized medical or psychological condition. The concept is generally used humorously or colloquially to express a dislike for Liszt's virtuosic and often dramatic piano compositions. Those who might jokingly claim to suffer from Lisztallergia often find his music overly flashy, bombastic, or lacking in substance, preferring different musical styles.

The term likely originated as a playful way to articulate a subjective musical preference.
