Liiklusfoor, commonly known as a traffic light, is a signaling device positioned at road intersections, pedestrian crossings, and other locations to control competing flows of traffic. Its primary purpose is to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians. The standard traffic light consists of three lights, arranged vertically or horizontally. The top light is red, indicating that vehicles must stop. The middle light is amber or yellow, signaling that a change from green to red is imminent and that drivers should prepare to stop if it is safe to do so. The bottom light is green, allowing traffic to proceed when it is safe.
