Lifecasting

Lifecasting is a method of creating a physical casting or mold of a person's or animal's body. This process involves applying a special type of plaster or other material to the subject's skin, allowing it to set and harden, and then carefully removing the cast once it has dried.

Once the cast is set, the subject is carefully removed from the casting material and the excess material is carefully removed from the skin.
