Lieryhmä

Lieryhmä is a Finnish rock band formed in 1997 in Helsinki. The band is known for their unique blend of rock, pop, and electronic music, often incorporating elements of hip-hop and dance music into their sound. Lieryhmä consists of four members: Jukka Immonen (vocals, guitar), Jukka Kiviniemi (bass), Jukka Kuoppala (drums), and Jukka Salminen (keyboards, programming).

The band's name, Lieryhmä, translates to "Liar Band" in English, reflecting their early lyrics that often dealt with themes of deceit and manipulation. However, their music has evolved over the years, and their lyrics now cover a wider range of topics, including love, relationships, and social issues.

Lieryhmä gained popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s with their hit singles "Kunnes maailma loppuu" (Until the World Ends) and "Kunnes maailma loppuu (Remix)" (Until the World Ends (Remix)), which topped the Finnish charts. Their debut album, "Lieryhmä," was released in 1999 and received critical acclaim for its innovative sound and catchy hooks.
