Lemmits

Lemmits are a fictional species appearing in the popular video game series "Pikmin". They are small, plant-like creatures that serve as the primary laborers and soldiers for the player, Captain Olimar, and later, other Hocotatians. Lemmits are native to the planet PNF-404, the setting for the majority of the "Pikmin" games. They are characterized by their bulbous heads, leafy growths, and often a single large eye.

There are several distinct types of Lemmits, each possessing unique abilities and colorations that correspond to their elemental strengths. For example, Red Lemmits are immune to fire, Yellow Lemmits can be thrown higher and are immune to electricity, and Blue Lemmits can survive in water. Other varieties include Rock Lemmits, Winged Lemmits, and Ice Lemmits, each with specialized offensive or defensive capabilities.

Lemmits are a crucial resource for players. They are directed by the player to carry objects, battle hostile fauna, and break down obstacles.
