Ledelsesrepræsentant, or management representative, is a term used to describe a person who represents the management side in governance and organizational discussions within an organization. The role often appears in bodies such as boards, Supervisory Boards, or committees, and it serves as a liaison between top management and other stakeholders, ensuring management perspectives are conveyed in decision-making and policy development.

Typical duties include presenting management positions on strategy, budgeting, risk, and compliance; participating in consultations with employee bodies or unions when required by law or agreement; preparing and presenting information to governance bodies; monitoring the implementation of decisions and policies; and safeguarding the confidentiality of strategic information. The ledelsesrepræsentant may also be involved in coordinating actions across departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role is distinct from medarbejderrepræsentanter (employee representatives), though both may sit on the same board or council in organizations with bipartite structures.
