Lammefjord
Lammefjord is a strait in Denmark that separates the Odsherred peninsula from the rest of Zealand. Historically, it was a deep inlet of the Isefjord, but much of it has been reclaimed from the sea through land reclamation projects, most notably in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This reclamation transformed the shallow waters into fertile farmland, significantly increasing agricultural productivity in the region.
