Lagrådet
Lagrådet is an advisory body within the Swedish legal system. Its primary function is to review proposed legislation before it is presented to the Riksdag, Sweden's parliament. Lagrådet's role is to ensure that proposed laws are consistent with the Swedish constitution and other existing legislation, and that they are clearly and precisely formulated.
