Közjogon
Közjogon is a Hungarian term that translates to "common land" or "community land." It refers to areas of land that are not privately owned but are instead held and managed for the benefit of a community. Historically, common lands were prevalent in rural areas across Europe, including Hungary, where they played a vital role in agricultural practices and village life. These lands were often used for grazing livestock, collecting firewood, or cultivating crops on a communal basis.
The concept of közjogon is rooted in traditional land tenure systems that predated modern private property
