Kupplungsvorrichtung
A Kupplungsvorrichtung, commonly translated as a coupling device or coupling mechanism, is a mechanical component used to connect two or more shafts or rotating components. Its primary function is to transmit torque from one shaft to another. Kupplungsvorrichtungen can also accommodate various degrees of misalignment between the connected shafts, absorb vibrations, and protect the connected machinery from shock loads.
There are numerous types of Kupplungsvorrichtungen, each designed for specific applications and performance requirements. Common categories
