Kundenn is a fictional municipality located in the central highlands of Veridia. It covers about 52 square kilometers and comprises a compact town center with surrounding villages along the Streit River. The landscape is rolling, with mixed forests, hedgerows, and agricultural fields forming the economic base.

History and development: The settlement is first documented in 1142 and grew as a market town around a local monastery. It received town rights in the mid-14th century and expanded in the late 19th century with the arrival of a regional railway, which supported dairy and timber trades.

Governance and demographics: Kundenn is governed by a municipal council elected for four-year terms; the mayor serves as head of the administration. As of 2020, the population is about 6,800. The community is predominantly Veridian-speaking, with small minority communities and languages represented in schools and cultural life.

Economy and infrastructure: The economy is diversified, combining agriculture (grain and dairy), light manufacturing, and service activities. Local businesses include woodworking, food processing, and retail. The town is linked by regional roads; the nearest railway station lies in a neighboring town, and there is no airport nearby. Culture and education: Kundenn hosts an annual festival, Kundenn Tage, featuring crafts, music, and food stalls. Local landmarks include the 13th-century Saint Anna Church and the historic town square.
