Kronofogdemyndighetens

Kronofogdemyndigheten, or the Swedish Enforcement Authority, is a government agency under the Swedish Ministry of Justice tasked with civil enforcement. Its core purpose is to ensure that legally binding decisions and financial obligations are enforced, contributing to a functioning economy and fair treatment of creditors and debtors alike. The agency operates within the framework of Swedish law and policy, providing oversight and practical enforcement of monetary claims.

Enforcement officers (kronofogdar) and civil servants carry out day-to-day work, under the supervision of the government and in accordance with applicable legislation.
