Korpiklaanis
Korpiklaani is a Finnish folk metal band from Jyväskylä. The group was formed in 2003 by Jonne Järvelä and initially operated under the name Shaman before adopting the Korpiklaani title in the mid-2000s. The band combines heavy, guitar-driven metal with traditional Finnish folk elements, using instruments such as violin, accordion, tambourine, and, at times, bagpipes and mandolin. This blend creates a sound described as energetic, melodic, and rooted in communal feel.
