Komplexak

Komplexak is a term used in various fields, most notably in psychology and chemistry, to describe a compound or entity formed by the association of two or more smaller components. In psychology, a komplex (or complex) refers to a group of emotionally charged ideas or impulses that are repressed into the unconscious mind, yet continue to influence behavior. These complexes can arise from unresolved conflicts or experiences and may manifest as phobias, obsessions, or other psychological disturbances. Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory extensively explored the concept of complexes, particularly the Oedipus complex.

In chemistry, a complex, or coordination complex, is a molecule or ion in which a central metal atom or ion is bonded to a surrounding array of molecules or ions. These surrounding molecules or ions are called ligands. The ligands donate electron pairs to the central metal atom, forming coordinate covalent bonds.
