Kiudkaableid

Kiudkaableid, also known as fiber optic cables, are a type of networking cable that transmits data using pulses of light. They are made from strands of glass or plastic, thinner than a human hair, bundled together within a protective sheath. This design allows for incredibly high bandwidth and transmission speeds compared to traditional copper cables.

The fundamental principle behind kiudkaableid is total internal reflection. Light is injected into one end of the fiber optic strand at a specific angle.
