Kielikakku

Kielikakku is a type of Finnish cake, literally translating to "tongue cake." It is a traditional pastry often made during holidays, particularly Christmas, but also enjoyed at other gatherings. The cake is characterized by its distinctive shape and often its rich, marzipan-like filling.

The preparation of kielikakku typically involves a yeast-based dough that is rolled out and spread with a filling.
