Khammam
Khammam is a city and the administrative headquarters of Khammam district in the Indian state of Telangana. Located in the eastern part of the state, it serves as a regional hub for administration, trade, and culture. The city has a long historical lineage, with the Khammam Fort standing as a prominent landmark. Over centuries it formed part of several kingdoms and empires in the Deccan, contributing to its architectural and cultural heritage.
