Kausityösopimukset

Kausityösopimukset, or seasonal employment contracts, are agreements used in Finland for work that is tied to specific seasons of the year. These contracts are typically used in industries with fluctuating labor demands, such as agriculture, tourism, and certain types of manufacturing or retail. The defining characteristic of a kausityösopimus is that the employment is intended to last for a limited period, corresponding to a particular season or recurring annual period.
