Kardiyoverter

Kardiyoverter is a term used in the field of cardiology to describe a device or system designed to manage and treat cardiac arrhythmias, particularly ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF). These conditions are characterized by rapid, chaotic heart rhythms that can lead to cardiac arrest if not promptly addressed. Kardiyoverter devices are typically implanted in the chest and are connected to the heart's electrical system. They work by delivering electrical shocks to the heart, known as defibrillation, to restore a normal heart rhythm.
