Kansish is a fictional language created for a world-building project centered on the Kansh archipelago. In its setting, Kansish is the primary tongue of the Kanshi people, a maritime society that historically traded across several island clusters. The name Kansish derives from Kansh, the central island group, and outsiders sometimes refer to it as the Kanshi language.
