Kansalaisella
Kansalaisella is the adessive singular form of the Finnish noun kansalainen, meaning citizen. In Finnish grammar, adessive forms are used to indicate location or association, and with the verb olla (to be) they express possession or relation as in “Kansalaisella on oikeuksia,” literally “There is rights with the citizen,” commonly understood as “A citizen has rights.”
