Kankaanpää is a town and municipality in Finland, located in the Satakunta region. It is situated in the western part of the country, approximately 50 kilometers north of Pori. The municipality covers an area of 594.96 square kilometers, of which 32.36 square kilometers is water. As of 2023, the population of Kankaanpää is around 15,500.
