Könsidentiska is a Swedish term that translates to "gender identical" or "genetically identical regarding sex." It is used in biology and genetics to describe individuals who share the same sex chromosomes. In humans, this typically refers to two individuals who are both chromosomally male (XY) or both chromosomally female (XX).

The concept is most relevant in discussions of twins. Identical (monozygotic) twins arise from a single fertilized egg that splits, meaning they are always of the same sex and therefore gender identical. Fraternal (dizygotic) twins develop from two separate eggs and can be of the same sex or different sexes. If two fraternal twins are of the same sex, they are also considered gender identical.
