Isikukeskusele

Isikukeskusele is Estonian for “to the personal/identity center,” formed from isik (person), keskus (center), and the allative case suffix -le indicating direction or contact. The term is a grammatical expression used in official language to denote sending something to or addressing a center or institution responsible for identity-related matters. In practice, isikukeskusele signals the recipient in a sentence such as “andmed toimetatakse isikukeskusele” (the data are sent to the identity center).
