Irtorinänät

Irtorinänät is a Finnish term that translates to "nose coins" or "nose nuggets." It refers to the dried mucus that accumulates in the nasal cavity. This substance is a natural byproduct of the body's defense mechanisms, trapping dust, pollen, bacteria, and other airborne particles that are inhaled. Over time, these trapped particles mix with mucus and dry out, forming a semi-solid mass.
