Inlärningsparadigm refers to a fundamental approach or framework used to understand and describe how learning occurs. These paradigms shape how educators design learning experiences, how researchers study learning processes, and how we conceptualize the nature of knowledge itself. Different learning paradigms offer distinct perspectives on the learner, the learning process, and the role of the environment.

One prominent paradigm is behaviorism, which views learning as a change in observable behavior resulting from stimulus-response associations. This perspective emphasizes external factors and reinforcement. Another significant paradigm is cognitivism, which focuses on internal mental processes such as memory, attention, and problem-solving. Cognitivism sees learning as a process of acquiring, organizing, and retrieving information.

Constructivism is a paradigm that posits learners actively construct their own understanding and knowledge through experiences and reflection. This approach highlights the learner's agency and the social context of learning. More recent paradigms include connectivism, which emphasizes learning within networks and the ability to navigate and update knowledge in a digital age. Each paradigm offers valuable insights, and understanding them helps in choosing appropriate teaching strategies and in developing a comprehensive view of human learning.
