Inkbrushes

Inkbrushes are typically used with ink, which can be water-based or alcohol-based. The type of ink used can affect the final appearance of the artwork, with water-based inks often producing a more vibrant and translucent effect, while alcohol-based inks are more opaque and suitable for darker colors. The ink is applied to the brush by dipping the bristles into the inkwell or by using an inkpad.

Inkbrushes require regular maintenance to keep them in good working condition. This includes cleaning the bristles after each use to remove any excess ink and storing the brush in a dry place when not in use. Over time, the bristles may become worn or damaged, and the brush may need to be replaced.
