IMPmuodot
IMPmuodot is a contemporary multimedia art collective founded in 2014 in the city of Tampere, Finland. The group consists of visual artists, sound designers, and performance theorists who specialize in creating immersive installations that blend digital projection, interactive soundscapes, and participatory theater. The members share the vision of dissolving the boundary between viewer and performer, drawing inspiration from both the legacy of Finnish experimental art and global trends in transmedia storytelling.
The collective's name derives from the Finnish word *imp* meaning "glitter" combined with *muodot*, the plural
IMPmuodot regularly collaborates with academic institutions; their 2021 residency at the University of Helsinki explored the
