IDHStatus is a term used in biomedical data annotation to denote the mutation status of isocitrate dehydrogenase genes, primarily IDH1 and IDH2, in a biological sample. The status is usually categorized as Mutant or Wild-Type, with possible sublabels such as IDH1_mutant or IDH2_mutant when a specific gene is mutated.
