Hätäjarruavustin, often translated as Emergency Brake Assist or AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking), is a driver assistance system designed to help prevent or mitigate collisions. If the system determines that a collision is imminent and the driver has not taken sufficient action to avoid it, it will first issue a warning, typically an audible alert and a visual warning on the dashboard.
