Háromszögvonalzók

Háromszögvonalzók, also known as triangular rulers or set squares, are essential drafting and drawing tools. They are typically made of transparent plastic, though older versions might be metal or wood. These rulers are shaped like right-angled triangles, most commonly with angles of 90, 45, and 45 degrees, or 90, 30, and 60 degrees.

Their primary function is to draw parallel lines, perpendicular lines, and angles accurately. By combining two set squares, or using one set square against a straight edge, a variety of geometric constructions can be performed with ease. For example, placing one set square against another allows for the drawing of parallel lines at specific angles. Rotating a set square against a fixed edge enables the creation of perpendicular lines.
