Hyoyeon

Kim Hyoyeon, known mononymously as Hyoyeon, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and rapper. She is best known as a member of the popular K-pop girl group Girls' Generation, formed by SM Entertainment in 2007. Within the group, Hyoyeon is recognized for her exceptional dancing skills and her dynamic stage presence. She is often referred to as the group's "Dance Machine."

Born on September 22, 1989, Hyoyeon joined SM Entertainment in 1999 after auditioning for SM's casting system. Before her debut with Girls' Generation, she underwent extensive training in singing, rapping, and dancing. She also gained experience in performance by participating in various dance workshops and even learning hip-hop dance in Los Angeles.

Hyoyeon made her solo debut in December 2016 with the single "Mystery." Since then, she has released several solo songs and EPs, showcasing her versatility as an artist in various genres, including dance-pop and EDM.
