Hovedvernet

Hovedvernet is a term used in Norwegian industrial safety regulations to refer to the primary protective measures implemented to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of workers. It is a fundamental concept within the framework of health, safety, and environment (HSE) management in Norway. The core idea behind Hovedvernet is that the most effective safety measures are those that are integrated into the design and operation of machinery, processes, and workplaces from the outset.
