Hochlöslich is a German term that translates to "highly soluble" in English. It is used to describe a substance's ability to dissolve in a solvent. Solubility refers to the maximum amount of a solute that can dissolve in a given amount of solvent at a specific temperature and pressure. When a substance is described as hochlöslich, it means that a large quantity of it can be dissolved, typically exceeding a certain threshold concentration, which can vary depending on the context and the specific solvent system.
