Hnoss
Hnoss is a figure in Norse mythology, typically described as the daughter of the goddess Freyja, and, along with her sister Gersemi, one of Freyja's two treasures. The name Hnoss comes from Old Norse and is usually translated as "treasure" or "jewel." In medieval Icelandic sources, she is named as Freyja's daughter; Gersemi is her sister, often described as the other daughter. The two are commonly interpreted as personifications of Freyja's wealth and beauty, rather than as independent deities with separate myths.
