HighwayLoop3414 is a fictional beltway around the central business district of Rivergate City in the fictional state of Northvale. Designed to relieve downtown congestion and improve regional mobility, the loop measures about 93 kilometers (58 miles) and connects suburban, industrial, and freight corridors. The route is built as a controlled-access freeway with limited entries and exits and includes standard lanes and express segments.

The loop forms a near circle around downtown, with denser suburbs on the north and east and heavier industrial traffic on the west. It generally provides three lanes per direction, with occasional widenings and toll lanes in select segments. Major interchanges connect to Rivergate Interstate 5, Rivergate Highway 7, and Port Road, and a spur provides access to the Rivergate International Airport.

Planning began in the early 2010s, with environmental assessments completed in the mid-2010s. Construction occurred in phases from 2016 to 2021, and the full loop opened in 2024.

Maintenance and operation are handled by the Rivergate Transportation Authority, funded through state transportation funds, federal grants, and toll revenues. Tolling is all-electronic in the tolled segments.

Impact assessments indicate reductions in downtown congestion and improved regional travel times, along with concerns about local displacement during earlier phases and environmental effects. Ongoing work focuses on safety upgrades and maintenance, with consideration of expanding express-lane capacity as traffic evolves.
