Heijum
Heijum is a former municipality in the province of North Brabant, Netherlands. It was located in the northern part of the province, north of 's-Hertogenbosch. The municipality encompassed the village of Heijum and its surrounding rural areas. Historically, Heijum was primarily an agricultural community. Like many rural settlements in the region, its development was closely tied to land cultivation and livestock farming.
