Hatáskörei

Hatáskörei is a Hungarian term that denotes the fields or domains within which an individual, office, or organization has the authority to act. It refers to the scope of power, competence, and responsibility defined by law, regulation, or internal rules. The phrase is commonly used in public administration, law, and organizational governance to specify who may decide or perform certain tasks.

In practice, hatáskörei are determined by statutes, decrees, organizational charters, and regulatory frameworks. They define decision-making powers, tasks, and areas of responsibility.
