Gynoezien is a botanical genus in the orchid family (Orchidaceae), first described in the early nineteenth century by the Swedish botanist Carl von Linné. The genus originally encompassed a small group of epiphytic orchids characterized by elongated pseudobulbs, narrow leathery leaves, and pendant flowers with a distinctive golden throat.
