Gullys
Gullys are natural channels or ravines formed by the erosive action of flowing water. They typically develop in areas with loose soil or unconsolidated sediments, often on hillsides or slopes. The process begins with rainfall or snowmelt, which saturates the ground. As water flows downhill, it collects in small depressions and begins to carve out tiny channels. Over time, repeated flows and increased water volume deepen and widen these channels, leading to the formation of a gully.
The formation of gullys is a significant form of soil erosion, particularly in agricultural regions or areas
