Gorons
Gorons are a fictional species in the Legend of Zelda video game series. They are humanoid beings of rock and earth, renowned for their great physical strength and hardiness. Usually depicted as short, stout, and portly, Gorons have rough, stone-like skin and broad torsos. They move by rolling, which allows them to travel quickly across their mountainous homeland. Despite their bulk, they can maneuver with surprising speed and use rolling as a combat tool.
Gorons primarily inhabit hot, high-altitude regions, especially Death Mountain, where Goron City serves as their seat
The Goron language is presented as a distinct dialect within the series, and their culture emphasizes endurance
Across the Zelda games, Gorons appear in many roles: allies, guardians of their people, or quest participants.
