Gojuryu
Goju-ryu is one of the main traditional Okinawan karate styles. The name Goju-ryu translates to "hard-soft style" and reflects the style's combination of hard, striking techniques with soft, flowing movements. This duality is central to its philosophy and practice. The style was founded by Chojun Miyagi in 1930.
