Gerüstung

Gerüstung, also known as scaffolding, is a temporary structure used to support workers and materials during construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings and other structures. Ringlock and cuplock systems are modular types that allow for quick assembly and dismantling. Mobile towers are also a form of gerüstung, providing a movable platform.

The components of gerüstung typically include uprights, ledgers, putlogs, bracing, and platforms. Materials used can vary but commonly include steel, aluminum, or timber. Proper design, erection, and dismantling of gerüstung are critical for safety. Regulations and standards govern the safe use of gerüstung to prevent accidents.
