Gegenantrag
A Gegenantrag, often translated as a counter-motion or counter-proposal, is a procedural tool used in various formal settings, particularly in parliamentary bodies, shareholder meetings, and committee work. Its primary function is to offer an alternative or opposing course of action to a proposal that has already been put forward. The purpose of a Gegenantrag is to allow for a broader range of options to be considered
