GWASanalüüsides refers to the analysis of data generated from Genome-Wide Association Studies. These studies aim to identify genetic variations, such as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), that are associated with particular traits or diseases. The process involves genotyping a large number of individuals for millions of genetic markers across their entire genome. Following data collection, statistical analyses are performed to compare the frequencies of these markers between groups of individuals who do and do not exhibit the trait of interest, or between individuals with different disease statuses.
