Fráviki
Fráviki is a Slovak-language term that originates from the combination of the word „fráč” meaning “tower” or “spire” with the diminutive suffix „-vík.” In contemporary usage the word is applied to describe compact, modular, prefabricated dwellings that are often assembled on top of existing structures such as lighthouses, observation towers, or residential buildings. The concept emerged in the early 2000s as a response to the growing demand for affordable, quickly deployable housing solutions in urban and rural areas.
